Ethos and Values
Our Burnside vision is to create an inclusive, innovative and inspiring learning environment where every pupil is given the support and challenge that they need to reach their potential. We encourage the whole community to strive for success together and our aim is for each and every child to leave us with a set of tools to enable them in the next step of their journey and beyond.
Our children are respectful, resilient and responsible and are expected to embrace and show our Burnside Values in all that they do by: striving to reach their potential; being trustworthy; showing independent skills; having empathy; celebrating our diverse world; developing resilience; showing respect and ensuring that they take steps towards a healthy body and mind.
