It is important that during this difficult time that we all look after one another. In order to keep our minds healthy it is important to:

  • Exercise regularly

  • Eat healthily

  • Talk to friends and grown-ups

  • Keep our minds active

  • Sleep

If we are feeling sad, it is important that we tell on of our the grown-ups living in our house. It is OK to feel sad sometimes and is completely normal with everything we have going on at the moment.
